Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program introduces students to the fundamental principles of business, management, and organizational operations. It provides a strong academic foundation while connecting major business concepts to real-life situations. Through practical coursework, case studies, and collaborative learning, students develop essential analytical, managerial, and communication skills needed in today’s competitive business environment. The program is designed for students beginning their professional journey as well as individuals preparing for entry-level positions in various sectors.


Program Learning Objectives (PLO)

Upon successful completion of the BBA program, students will be able to:

  1. Write clear and well-organized business documents that communicate information accurately and professionally.

  2. Deliver effective oral presentations using appropriate structure, clarity, and basic technological tools.

  3. Apply critical thinking to evaluate problems, compare possible solutions, and make decisions that support organizational goals.

  4. Demonstrate understanding of professional behavior, ethical principles, and personal values when making business-related decisions.

  5. Use basic information literacy skills, including researching an existing company, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing a realistic plan with measurable outcomes.


Admission Requirements

Education

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution. Students from any academic background may apply. Some foundation courses may be required depending on prior preparation.

Professional Experience

Professional experience is not required for admission into the Bachelor’s program. However, any previous work, volunteer experience, or involvement in school leadership programs may strengthen an application.

Information Technology Skills

Students must have basic computer and internet skills that enable them to complete assignments, participate in online learning activities, and conduct introductory research.

Masters In Business Administration

 
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) aims to provide the student an opportunity to further enhance their business acumen by tying academic concepts to practical applications relevant to current real-world business challenges. The combination of analytical, quantitative, and strategic skills gained through the program provide a foundation from which multiple professional opportunities can be pursued. The program is designed to serve the needs of both fully employed and full-time students.
 

Program Learning Objectives (PLO)

Primary objectives of this program include equipping students with the knowledge and ability to:
1.Produce clear, concise, and compelling written business documents that communicate a logical, relevant, and professional assessment of business information in an effective manner. (ILO1)
2.Deliver oral presentations that use effective content, organization, and delivery, accompanied by appropriate technology. (ILO2)
3.Use critical thinking to identify viable options that can create short-term and long-term value for organizations and their stakeholders. (ILO3)
4.Exhibit awareness of professional standards Christian ethical principles, and core personal values in business decision-making. (ILO5)
5.Demonstrate information literacy when conducting research on an existing company, identify improvements that may be needed and provide a plan to implement the plan with identifiable metrics to measure for effect. (ILO6)

Admission Requirements

Education: Crestmond requires evidence of an earned bachelor degree in a related major or discipline. Other disciplines may be acceptable and shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and they may require prerequisite courses. All degrees must be earned at an appropriately accredited institution or foreign equivalent. We  understands the differing rigor of institutions and grading scales around the world, and crestmond evaluates prior academic credentials within their own context. Exceptions shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Professional Experience: Crestmond recommends 3 years of full-time professional experience, including, but not limited to, private, public, for-profit, non-profit, start-ups, or established corporate organizations.

Information Technology: Crestmond requires students to possess computer and internet skills sufficient to effectively participate in Crestmond’s pedagogical model and conduct research at the graduate level.

Maximum Total Credit Awarded is 6 units:

  • Transfer Credit (TRC): 6 credits
  • Standardized Exam Credit (SEC): 0 credits
  • Prior Experiential Learning Credit (PEL): 9 semester credits
